A philadelphia restaurateur is under arrest tonight and charged as part of a federal child pornography investigation. Fbi agents arrested alex capaso owner of center citys crow and the pitcher at his home in collingswood on monday. The u. S. Attorneys office says he sent sexually explicit decks messages and photographs to an undercover agent. He tells investigators the fiveyearold in those photos is the nix of an exgirlfriend. He also allegedly told agents he could not wait to sexually abuse his soon to be born daughter. Police have now identified the officer shot in the line of duty this week. Investigator its say Francis Whelan and other swat officers went to the 800 block of Riverside Drive to arrest Devon Guishard wednesday morning. Guishard was wanted for the murder of megan doto last september. Investigators say guishard tried to run and then turned and shot whelan in the abdomen. Police returned fire hitting guishard. This was the second time whelan was saved by his bulletproof vest. A philadelphia traffic judge was sentenced today. He must pay a 4,000 fine.
