The identity of the alleged bank thief is released he is 30yearold kevin way, and the person that performed an armed citizens arrest is a local pat hatboro councilman, a man identified as kevin way entered the td bank in hatboro and gave the tiller a note. In the note it indicated that if he wasnt delivered money he was going to start shooting. The suspect had just left the bank with a bag of money and a dye pack exploded. Something that was witnessed by councilman george forging who was standing nearby. Forging chased the defendant a quarter mile requesting toer him to get on the ground. And he did this while in possession of a fully licensed firearm. There was a number of questions for the suspect to get on the ground and he did not comply with that and he was shot. The suspect received a bullet wound to his right arm and he remains at the hop at this hour. And no word tonight if councilman forging will face possible charges. The man convicted of shooting a Philadelphia Police officer was sentenced to prison today and torres shot officer davies in august of 2013 davies voifed the shooting and earlier this year torres was acquitted of attempted murder and convicted of aggravated years. Marshals recaptured a prison inmate who was released by mistake, authorities took 24yearold tyreke wood in custody when he arrived by Greyhound Bus this morning, he was accidently released from prison and they say that protocol was not followed.
