Wounded Warrior organizer: Benefit concert exceeds expectations

ALLEGANY — The fourth Southern Tier Wounded Warrior Benefit Concert exceeded expectations Saturday with more than 1,100 people in attendance to raise awareness and support wounded and disabled veterans.
