Michelle Todd, 49, pictured at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center's Heritage Chapel, has worked at the hospital since 2019. Her job is to help comfort those in need, whether it be patients or hospital staff. It has been especially challenging during the pandemic. "We had to get creative. We're so accustomed to visiting people face to face and suddenly visitors weren't allowed in," Todd said. (joshua hart/The Columbian)
