The soon-to-be built HWR office tower in Invercargill will house about 100 of the company’s staff, HWR group director Scott O’Donnell says.
Naylor Love Central Otago (Queenstown) has been contracted for the build on the corner of Esk St and Dee St, starting late March or early April, and probably finishing by December 2022.
It will have nine floors, with the top four levels being the company’s head office and the other five being leased out.
“Talks are going well with possible tenants for this space, and we’re confident the remaining floors will be leased in the very near future,” O’Donnell said.
