Worcester Angel Ortiz-Santos indicted for May murder of Carlos Cruz

Angel Ortiz-Santos, 28, of 244 Pleasant St., was indicted for murder, possession of a firearm without a Firearms Identification Card (FID), and possession of ammunition without an FID, according to the office of District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.
