Woolworths prioritising vulnerable customers as demand for home deliveries soars
Woolworths is prioritising vulnerable customers such as seniors, people with a disability or those with compromised immunity in Greater Sydney as the demand for grocery deliveries soars.
Called the Priority Assistance service, the program gives eligible customers dedicated delivery windows to ensure their essential goods are delivered to them.
Essential businesses such as aged care facilities, child care centres, disability services, community housing and some charities are also able to access the service.
