DENVER â A Colorado federal judge on Friday ordered a suspected U.S. Capitol rioter to remain in jail, calling the Woodland Park man's actions a "fundamental attack on our democracy" and questioning whether it was an isolated incident for former President Trump's supporters, as Trump has yet to refute his false claims the election was stolen.
