PARKERSBURG — A Wood County man and woman have been charged with arson and breaking and entering, accused of starting a fire in an apartment building in December, according to criminal complaints in Wood County Magistrate Court.
Carl Lee Martin III, 33, of 710 28th St., Vienna, was arrested Dec. 28 after authorities received a complaint from a local construction company that an apartment building they are remodeling on Worthington Lane in Parkersburg was forcefully entered and a fire was started within, a complaint said.
A construction company employee confronted Martin and another subject, Rachael Lee Davis, 32, of 506 42nd St., Vienna, who also is also facing charges of arson and breaking and entering, according to an additional criminal complaint in magistrate court.
