Thousands of Donald Trump supporters stormed the nation’s Capitol Building on Wednesday, disrupting a joint session of Congress to falsely assert the election was stolen from the president. The rally quickly dissolved into what has been described as a “violent” and “chaotic” riot with throngs of people pushing past law enforcement and entering the building.
