Women caucus urges government to implement scrapped VAT on locally manufactured sanitary pads

The National Democratic Congress, Minority Women Caucus in Parliament, has urged the government to implement the scrapping of Value Added Tax (VAT) on locally manufactured sanitary pads as announced.
