A Harrisburg man conspired with a 20-year-old woman to shoot and kill a man in Steelton last September, police said in court documents charging the pair with multiple counts of murder.
Mason Quailes, 20, of Harrisburg, and Shnasia Peterson, 20, of Steelton, are facing first and second-degree murder and a slew of other charges for the Sept. 2 fatal shooting of 39-year-old Ismail Lewis.
Steelton police arrived on the 500 block of North Front Street around 1 p.m. and discovered Lewis suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Three shell casings were in the street, and there was blood on the front stoop, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
