A woman who was stabbed in the back with a machete said she "felt like she was going to die" at the hands of her partner.
Ryan Abbott, 28, viciously attacked his 21-year-old girlfriend, Chelsey Morris, from Runcorn, in a jealous rage after finding out she would be getting a job.
Abbott, of Andrew Close, Widnes, left Chelsey needing surgery after he slashed her in her finger, causing incredibly painful damage.
