Oklahoma woman, 26, sues man who shot her four times in the back with an AR-15 after she tore down a Nazi flag flying in front of his home
Kyndal McVey, 26, pulled down one of two Nazi flags flying outside the home of Alexander Feaster, 45, in June of last year
Feaster shot McVey four times with his AR-15 as she ran away from the property
She spent several weeks in the hospital and required multiple surgeries
Feaster was charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon before being released on bail
He is set to appear in court next month, but McVey has now launched a civil case in the interim
