Woman says man tried to punch & grab her on Eugene bike path
She said she saw him and thought he was behaving in a suspicious manner, appearing to watch people near the bathroom. She was able to run away and call 911.

EUGENE, Ore. --- The Eugene Police Department issued a warning Sunday after a woman claimed a man tried to punch and grab her on a bike path.
On Saturday around 8:47 a.m., a woman in her 40s told police she was jogging with her smaller-type dog on the West Bank Bike Path, near 300 N. Jefferson and Owen Rose Memorial Gardens.
