A woman has told of how her life has been “smashed into a million pieces” after her fiancé died from rare complications of the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine.
Vikki Spit and her partner Zion had spent just one night apart in 21 years before his death at Newcastle ’s Royal Victoria Infirmary in May.
