Woman in her 20s stabbed near primary school in Luton was victim of 'targeted attack', police reveal - as arrested man, 30, is quizzed

The victim - understood to be an Albanian woman in her 20s who lived nearby - was knifed repeatedly just after dropping her children off and taken to hospital with serious injuries on Tuesday morning.
