Woman heard 'piercing' screams from derelict building where the body of Nikki Allan, 7, was found

Carol Osbourne told Newcastle Crown Court on Tuesday that she heard loud screaming while at her home on 7 October 1992, describing it as 'piercing' and believed it to be 'a girl'.
