Woman arrested month after DUI crash that killed mother, 1-year-old daughter in Sutter County

A woman was arrested Wednesday in connection with a DUI crash from June that killed a mother, her 1-year-old daughter and seriously injured the child’s father, according to the Sutter County District Attorney’s Office.
