Woman arrested after 3 dogs dead and dumped after left in hot car

Tammy Garceau, 54, of Lake Worth Beach, is facing nine felony charges after leaving three dogs in her car and then disposing of their bodies, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said Monday.
