A woman
filed a false arrest lawsuit Wednesday accusing a Portland detective of targeting her in August 2019 after she spat in the direction of a police riot control van in downtown.
The federal suit by Hannah Michelle Ahern, 25, of Portland lists Portland police, Detective Erik Kammerer and other unnamed officers as defendants.
