Woman accused of driving high on fentanyl, causing fatal crash in Cheltenham

Kaitlyn E. Dilemmo of Doylestown Bucks County is accused of speeding and driving under the influence of fentanyl when she caused a two-vehicle crash in Cheltenham Township that killed Jacqueline Kovach, 77, of Philadelphia.
