This is one of two vehicles involved in a fatal crash Saturday afternoon on State Road 40 West just east of Interstate 75.
A 92-year-old woman was killed and her 98-year-old husband was injured Saturday in a two-vehicle crash on State Road 40 West just east of Interstate 75.
Ocala Police Department officers said the woman, identified as Juanita Winfired Tyo, was from Ocala. She died at 1:39 p.m. at Ocala Regional Medical Center. The woman's husband is Augustus James Tyo, also from Ocala. He was the driver and was listed in stable condition at ORMC.
