Woman, 77, hit by 11-year-old bicyclist outside East Bay department store dies from injuries

The death of a 77-year-old woman from injuries suffered earlier this month when she was struck by an 11-year-old bicyclist in San Leandro was a "tragic accident" and no charges are being sought, police said.
