Wolfwalkers wins big at Irish Animation Awards

‘Wolfwalkers’ by Kilkenny’s Cartoon Saloon was the big winner at last night’s Irish Animation awards.
The Oscar-nominated film won a total of four awards, including Best Irish Feature or Special.
Cartoon Saloon also picked up two awards for their animated kids series, Dorg Von Dango.
‘Her Song‘ won the award for Best Animated Short Film.
It portrays the story of the Mother and Baby Homes, which was featured on The Late Late Show in January.
Animation Ireland Chief Executive, Ronan McCabe, said it was the most competitive year the awards has seen.
