A little chick pea flower to hold it together and then an assortment of vegetables and a little bit of yogurt. Okeydokey. What are the two things from . This is fennel and coriander and you want to toast them because theyve been asleep essentially for a while and they need to be woken back up and the heat does. It for how long . Just until its fragrant. Dont walk away. Then theyve burn. Ive done that too many times. It doesnt taste good. Then grab an old coffee grinder and grind them up so you get this wonderful little spice powder here. Then well toss this in here. So if you would add the peas do you smell that . Uhhuh. Add the peas, edamame, a little bit of salt. I dont think this is going to actually start well, i think this is in there. And then you whisk that up in your food until, again, you get this green paste. And this is a good point where you can get your children involved. I have a twoyearold so i dont think she has the dexterity yet to do that. They would have fun making a mess. It would be a big mess and thats kind of the point. What did you just add in there . Thats the chick pea flowers and i do that because it keeps it gluten free so you can just use a regular old type of flour if you want to. And then its fry time. Then you make the ball. Then you make the ball that which i know that here you go. I love to make the balls. So they actually form a lot better if you let them sit in the fridge overnight. You can make a batch and when they come home from school fry them up real quick. So just pop them in. Just put them flight. And what kind of oil . This is vegetable oil. And you can use an ice cream scoop, a couple of spoons, whatever you want. Youre cooking them until theyre golden brown. Essential lets cooked already. How long do we leave them in . Just a couple of minutes until theyre golden brown and then they look like this. Then you have to make a sauce. I learned when i came to america that americans we love our sauces.
