More than 110,000 acres already destroyed and there are new concerns about when. Want to take another look at the fire right outside Six Flags Magic Mountain park in santa clarita. A lot of people are talking about this piece of video right here. See this man, apparently trying to save a so close to the flames. But everyone just doing whatever they can to help. Such a dangerous situation right now. You can see so many people aare trying to escape and their cars are surrounded by flames on one of the busiest highways in the country. I want to give you a sense of how hot it was. This is a roof tile completely pulverized by that heechlt all you can see whats left of this palatial home is those chimneys. All eyes 60 miles north on the thomas fire burning out of control for a Third Straight day. This morning, the massive thomas fire is county and shows no signs of slowing. Its fueled by winds up to 80 miles an hour and it has already devoured more than 90,000 acres around Ventura County. I never seen a fire like that before. Reporter thousands of new mandatory evacuations ordered, residents taken out of this nursing home one by one. This as wildfires rage all across Southern California. Look at this. Reporter the hillsides around los angeles 405 freeway exploding with fire casting that eerie orange glow as motorists skirted through ha hellscape. Attempting to prevent the fire from jumping west of the 405. Reporter the 405 is one of the busiest interstates in the country and its ninemile closure caused a traffic nightmare. The fire throwing a cloud of smoke over the getty its priceless art. It didnt spare homes in bel air, one of the most exclusive neighbors in america. Right behind me theyre blasting away at this fire with whatever they can. Trying to save these homes. This is obviously not easy. Help came from the air. Swarms of choppers. School district has closed 265 schools this morning. That affects over 100,000 students. Guys. It does give you an idea, matt. As matt was reporting the biggest blaze burning is that thomas fire in Ventura County and our marcus moore is there. Marcus, youre already sighing so much destruction. Reporter we are, robin, this morning and you know that 90,000 acres that burned as matt mentioned is number and 150 structures have burned. Many of them are like the homes here in the nob hill estates. Its differ to tell but there are three homes in a row that have burned down and you see this one, that wall still there and look at that charred wreath on that front wall and theres twisted metal in front of the house and really devastation all around here and as you work your way towards the garage, look at that suv. It is charred and theres also a car next to it underneath debris thats fallen down burned up as well along with the jeep parked in the driveway. Breathtaking to see this and whats astonishing is the fact that, yes, there are a number of homes in this neighborhood that have burned but also others that are Still Standing like this one next door. Difficult to see the roof of it, its fine, the house is still there and the woman who lives here says that there were embers like this. Its charred right now but these were on fire falling out of the sky and landing all around this neighborhood. He of the house sweeping these embers away as they were coming down and believes thats one of the reasons why her home is still here. But as we have seen up and down these hills of Ventura County there are so many that are gone. We do see that. I know its early but are people able to get back and to check on their homes . Reporter they are. We saw that yesterday and today we expect to see that again, people just beginning the process to sift through the rubble and they have, robin, been able to find some items. We met a family yesterday that actually found a rosary and it gave them some bit of solace and hope as they move forward here because there is so much left to clean up. The people we talked to last night that live in this area, i mean, theyre scared and frustrated. Theyre worried about whats to come today in the form of more wind. They have since evacuated one again, 150,000 impacted by evacuation orders. With this fire alone which is only 5 contained and winds that are surely going to pick up the hope is they dont blow for as long or be as strong as what beers forecasting. That is tough. One of the two people now in Police Custody is the young woman who met sydney on tinder. The other woman, the other is a much older man who prosecutors call a habitual criminal. The last time family and friends saw 24yearold sydney loofe was in this snapchat as she was preparing for a second date with a woman she met on tinder. Just like so many others, the popular dating app leading to 1 million dates a week. Loofe seen smiling in the photo on november 15th writing, ready for my date before vanishing. Now her date 23yearold Bailey Boswell and 51yearold automobile bray trail being called persons of interest by nebraska police. By their own statements on social media, we believe that aubrey trail and Bailey Boswell were two of the last people to have known to have been with sydney prior to her disappearance. It seems the two key pieces of evidence are digital evidence meaning you have the snapchat where she says im going on a date. Then youve got her phone and thats how they were able to find the body but it also home of the two suspects here. Whats so fascinating is this video. They have put out denying it. Theyre basically going after the media, theyre going after the police and admitting theyve committed crimes in the past but theyre saying again and again and again, we didnt do this. We werent responsible. How does that video affect the investigation . Well, look, it certainly is going to be evidence. Anything you say will be used against you. That will be used against them. I think that video while theyre trying to say this proves we didnt do it. This proves weve been trying to be helpful to the police is part of the reason they have gone after them and i dont think they helped themselves at all when at the end they flip off the police. We know you primarily work with children. But when it comes to, callahan, online safety, staying safe being online. The ruleses are pretty similar here. They are. Number one rule is you dont meet somebody out in the real world that youve only met online. Yet for some reason we think that once we become adults were immune to that and were not. You know, these cases are rare. These social media and dating sites dont want this happening to their users but we need to stay hyper vigilant when using these. Callahan, what about the companies behind these apps and these websites. What are they doing to try to make sure the people who are using them stay safe . Well, the major ones are really trying to do all the right thing, again, they dont want this happening to their users and do reach out to us at the National Center. Were on the trust and Safety Council of many of these sites and help them create and craft policy to make sure users are safe on these platforms but, again, like i said these are rare cases but do happen. The suspect here is admitting she was on a date with her but saying it wasnt me. Shes saying this has nothing to do with the date at you. Billy is doing well after another heart surgery this week but it has been an incredibly tough journey, one they hope will help others. Billy was born with a heart disease. Reporter jimmy kimmel breaking down sharing the details of his newborn sons open heart surgery three days after his birth in april. So we put the baby in an ambulance to childrens hospital, los angeles, and on monday morning fixed one of the two defects. Reporter in an he say for the hollywood reporter, Molly Mcnearney, kimmels wife is sharing her version of their sons story. And what it was like to watch her husband pour his heart out. I sobbed through the entire thing. He didnt have to do that. Our family has Excellent Health care. He had nothing to gain from that. He did it for the other people who we met in that hospital. He came home that night and i just hugged him and i wouldnt let go. If your baby is going to die and it doesnt have to, it shouldnt matter how much money you make. I think thats something that whether youre a republican or a democrat or something else, we all agree on that, right . I mean we do. A new study in the new england journal of medicine says women who use the pill may face a higher risk. Dr. Ashton, you got to explain. Big story. This is the actual study hot off the presses. It came out of denmark. They looked at 1. 8 million women followed them for ten years, found that those women who took hormonal contraception and this includes the progesterone releasing iud as well as the newer generation low dose Birth Control pills f look up to 20 to 21 associated risk of Breast Cancer. The hard numbers i want people to know about results in 13 more cases of Breast Cancer for every 100,000 women but the real number i want to stick out in peoples minds, robin, because so many young women and teenagers take the pill and are using the iud, this only increases the risk in that age group of 2 extra cases for 100 women under the age of 35 because Breast Cancer is uncommon in that age. Key to put that up but, okay, still people are going to be women will be concerned about this because it is a method that women use. You have to remember the benefits we talk about risks and benefits. Take a look at the list. There are a plethora of benefits to hormonal contrainvestigation ranging from a very effective way of preventing pregnancy. Known to low her the risk of ovarian and uterine manage endometriosis and treat acne and help women with their periods. You are board certified, ob gyn. Whats your advice. I think this is a significant important study. I think it has to be interpreted in the proper context. I think women need to remember the bisque, benefits and options and i think whats important about this study is the risk is different based on the womans age and the duration of use so a woman in their 40s who faces a higher risk of Breast Cancer may want to consider other methods and if youre going to discontinue hormonal contraception because of this, i would recommend you stop Drinking Alcohol as well because that increases your risk. It has to be a conversation and, robin, my 18yearold daughter is on the pill. Im not going to recommend that she stop. Okay. You heard it here. It is important stuff and people should talk to their doctor. Their children and talk to their doctors. It is a dialogue. [ cheers and applause ] well, this book is basically my experiences in life and to my recollection of how my life went and how its been so far and i got some of my goals in there and just what i been through. I grew up in foster care and moved around a lot. Been through some tumultuous situations and ive always try to find a bright side of anything dark going on. Anything hard to deal with, i always try to find whats the funny in this. What is the fun in it. Why am i going through it. Some things you cant find nothing funny about it but its happening to you for a reason and probably to help other, thats how i feel. So share the story, share the experience and maybe itll help somebody else in their journey. [ applause ] so why unicorn . Well, i say unicorn because i used to be picked on school in lot because i had like with www. What i thought was a mole o my forehead was a wart and so, i had a wart growing out my forehead and kind of looked like a horn and kids used to call me a dirty unicorn and look at you, youre a dirty unicorn and used to hurt my feelings really bad and i did things to myself that i probably shouldnt have did and i started to think to myself, you know what, they saying this for a reason. Obviously they like me because they looking at my horn. [ laughter ] obviously they into me. Im going to start taking what they say and use it for me so i started calling myself a unicorn and used to only say it in my head then im going to take all the stuff the mean bullies and make money off of it. Youre doing it. [ applause ] so thank you, tarell, keosha, all of yall, thank you. You talking about and, robin says it all the time. Ta your message. Thats what youre doing in the book and talking about how you think it happened to you to help other people. Kind of with mary j. Blige, you hung out with her and didnt know you helped her and did you hang out with her again since then. Okay, so we met we met at Queen Latifah house. I talk about it in the book and i been trying to get her to be my best friend ever since, trying to get ahold of her and we just it was my birthday weekend and i went to a dj khaleds Birthday Party and we was dancing and stuff and i ran into mary and shes like, i need to tell you something. I was like, what. Oh, my god. I love you. She was like, no, listen, like shes like that day at las house, you know, i was going through a lot and nobody knew about it at the time but you made me laugh so hard. You made me feel so good and made me forget about all my problems and i just want to thank you so much for and i was like [ applause ] and i was like, girl, you me with all your music. We was tooting each others horns. Lets not tooting each others horns. You single, im single. All these men at this party, we can pick anything we want and she was like, i dont see why not and i was like, ooh. Look at him right there and introduce myself to him and stuff. Gave him a little curtsy. I was like, you find, you beasty and everything and i was like [ laughter ] and i was like, mary, aint he fine . Aint he beasty and she was like, girl, thats my security. [ laughter ] and then i looked at her and i said what days does he have off . Whats his number . [ laughter ] tell us how girls trip has impacted your life. [ applause ] well, i mean [ applause ] girls trip has transformed everything for me. Like its really changed a lot of things like im able to pay [ laughter ] i still drive a honda. I till drive a honda but im going to move up to a tesla. You know wow. You know, ellen hooked me up with a rental. I saw that. I saw that. She hooked me up with a rental. So lets get down to this. Tell me about your cooking. Im making a toasty doodle. A hybrid between a smores and snickledoodle cookie. Mmmm. Just saying. Tell us the ingredients. Softened butter here and then youre going to want to take that mixer and cream together the and we have here youre going to mix the cinnamon which is my oh, is that your secret ingredient. The secret ingredient. I love cinnamon. Mix that together when the dough is ready, sift the flour, put in the eggs, all your wet ingredients go with your dry ingredients then you have this dough. Beautiful dough. Filled with cinnamon and sugar and love. Chill it for a couple of hours. Youre going to roll it into balls like so. Half the size of a golf ball. Toss it in this sugar. More sugar. More sugar. [ applause ] yeah. Going to put it on this baking sheet and pop it into the oven. Nice and flat like this then i top it with my other seek ingredient. The marshmallows and can use a torch or pop them in the oven and let that marshmallow get all melty. Okay. Yes. Look good too. Okay, panel of kid testers, give it a try. Give her cookie a dry. No, thats the other cookie. On the right. Give it a taste. All right. Actually its this cookie right here. That cookie right there. Yeah, thats the one. There you go. He ate them both. You just roll it up right here real fine and throw salt on there, bam, like salt bae right there and throw it in the oven and look like that. Do you get extra points for presence .
