Spires is facing a murder charge after allegedly stabbing Kevin Sutherland on a metro train on july 4. According to these Court Documents again, we have been pouring over them, sutherland has Sharp Force Trauma injury to his abdomen, upper right back left side, both arms, and defensive wins to his right hand and fingers. One witness on the train told police they saw spires take something from sutherlands waist area believed to be a cell phone. The two began to struggle, and then spires began to punch sutherland. According to witnesses, they tell police that spires knocked sutherland to the ground and was stabbing him. It is said that sutherland then allegedly had a cell phone thrown at him while he was laying on the ground. Toward documents also alleged that after spires stabbed sutherland, he approached another man and said, what do yall got . Spires then rifled through that mans wallet, taking about 65 in cash before taking money from another woman at the train believed to be his daughter. This is according to Court Records just released. A was sent to be found. A witness reported finding a backpack near the turnstile at the gallery that station. There are reports that the train was near that station where all of this was said to have occurred. According to the witness, there was a backpack left there. Police found that backpack. Inside the backpack was an id card with the name jasper spires on it. Court records show detectives found a knife and a trashcan at the noma go you that nation. He continued to do that, kicking him, punching him to a nobody really was able to stand up and try to stop and. The man who was traveling with his daughter thence as the attacker threatened him. The victim handed over what money he had. As the attacker left, the victim is passengers restaurant to help sutherland, but he died before paramedics arrived. Closing argument are underway in the trial of brian mayhew. He and two men are charged with firstdegree murder. Authorities say he ordered the killing from his prison cell. They are hammering into the head of the jurist that there is no doubt that those three men in that courtroom are guilty of murder. Prosecutors say brian mayhew organize the murder of his uncle from his jail cell inside the Prince Georges County jail and did it via phone. They say his motive was to kill his uncle before he could testify against him in an upcoming double murder trial just two weeks away. He would have been the star witness. Jailhouse phone recordings illustrate how mayhew said of the murder with two friends Anthony Cannon and stanley winston. The defense says the victim was a known drug dealer in the area and had lots of enemies. They say there is no Scientific Evidence putting winston or cannon at the murder scene.
