Wisconsin man is charged with 1992 murder of woman and her boyfriend

Tony Haase, 52, of Weyauwega, faces two counts of first degree homicide in connection with the stabbing deaths of Tanna Togstad, 23, and Timothy Mumbrue, 35, in March 1992.
