Wisconsin landlord sisters admit to stealing tenants dog, facing no jail time

On Halloween 2022, Susan Haas and her sister Sarah Engeseth took Linnea Sandlin's rat terrier named Simon, after the landlords claimed the dog violated the property's lease terms.
