Road crews are working to clean snow after the state weathered a winter storm on Sunday.
The storm entered the state at approximately 7 a.m. and moved northeast, clearing most of the state by 6 that evening.
The National Weather Service is reporting snow accumulation totals between 4 inches and 10 inches, depending on the area.
Falling toward the center of that spectrum was Greenwich. In Old Greenwich, Andree Pruett was out around noon Sunday, shoveling a couple inches of snow from her driveway.
“I know it’s not much snow, but I want to get it before it gets matted down,” Pruett said. “So if I get it now, I stand half a chance.”
