WINSFORD United play in a cup final with fans in attendance on Saturday.
Blues chiefs created a tournament for the St Luke's Cup to provide some meaningful competition for their players and three rival teams in the wake of the league football season being brought to a standstill by the coronavirus pandemic for the second year in a row.
So after United, Sandbach, Skelmersdale and Runcorn played each other twice, Winsford finished top of the pile and Sandbach second to allow them to meet in the final at Barton Stadium on Saturday, kick-off 2pm.
