Winnipeggers mark Lunar New Year with lion dance, family gatherings

Winnipeggers celebrated Lunar New Year on Sunday with family, food and tradition, although the festivities were tempered with sadness after a shooter killed 10 people and wounded 10 others that appeared to target people celebrating the same occasion.
