Winnipeg's South Sudanese community mourns loss of woman killed in hit-and-run

The South Sudanese Community Centre in Winnipeg has become a haven for members of the community who continue to mourn and grieve the loss of a woman who was killed after being hit by a vehicle Tuesday night.
