Winnipeg man builds shack beside Empress Street after losing job, housing due to health problems

Bill Pchajek has built a shack for himself and his dog Gabby on the bank of Omand's Creek. He says health problems, including multiple infected teeth, prevented him from working and caused him to lose his job and housing.
