Winder Police arrest Atlanta man linked to major motor vehicle thefts

On Thursday, Feb. 15, Winder police arrested Xavier Cordel Evans, 28, of Atlanta, suspected in the theft of five late-model heavy-duty trucks from Akins Ford early this month.
