Wind storm whips O Meanchey province, destroys 80 dwellings

The Oddar Meanchey provincial Disaster Management Committee announced that one person was injured and 80 homes were damaged – along with the loss of the roof of a school – by heavy rain and strong winds on the evening of March 5.
