Winchester Business Excellence Awards 2021
STRIVING to become sustainable is a goal of almost every business these days.
The Sustainable Business award sponsored by Winchester University will be given to a business that has demonstrated how they have reduced the impact of their business on the environment.
They must meet two or more of the following criteria: green product innovation; emission of greenhouse gases; energy consumption; water consumption; production of waste and improving recycling rates; sustainable supply chain and procurement; transport impact of their goods or services; staff development; and training on environmental impact.
Professor Martin Broad, Dean, Faculty of Business, Law and Digital Technologies at Winchester University said: "We are proud to sponsor the Sustainable Business Award again in 2021 to celebrate successful businesses through the lens of sustainability.
