Patio tables and chairs sit in front of Jake's Pizza in Willmar for outdoor dining service Thursday evening. Outdoor dining started Monday under the governor's executive order loosening some of the COVID-19 restrictions. Starting June 10, larger numbers of people will be allowed in the outdoor dining areas and indoor dining will return with capacity restrictions and a cap. Dine-in food service has been shuttered since March 17.
