Willmar rescinds local COVID-19 emergency | West Central Tribune

The Willmar City Council on Monday rescinded its local emergency declaration tied to the COVID-19 pandemic. The council also amended and extended the emergency ordinance allowing business owners to use public property, tying it to the state emergency declaration.
