Willmar man charged in pedestrian's death after December hit-and-run - InForum | Fargo, Moorhead and West Fargo news, weather and sports

Paulo Natividad Portillo, 33, is charged with criminal vehicular homicide after the death of a pedestrian in a Dec. 26 crash in Willmar. Portillo is also charged with leaving the scene.
