Willmar City Council unanimously moves the Recreation and Events Center and athletic fields to the bidding stage
At Monday's Willmar City Council meeting, the council approved the plans and specifications for Willmar Recreation and Events Center and the athletic fields, all to be constructed at the Willmar Civic Center. The city will now advertise for bids from contractors to complete the projects financed by the the Invest in Willmar sales tax.
