Will Utah legalize 'magic mushrooms' this year?

Utah lawmakers will consider whether to legalize “magic mushrooms” or psilocybin for tightly controlled medical purposes including depression, anxiety and PTSD. Sen. Luz Escamilla is sponsoring bill to make it happen. Will the Utah Legislature approve it?
