Will Lucy Lawless replace Gina Carano in 'The Mandalorian'? Fans say 'she will kill' as Cara Dune

Lawless is known for her roles in the hit television series 'Xena: Warrior Princess' and she followed it up with 'Spartacus: Blood and Sand' (2010), its prequel 'Spartacus: Gods of the Arena', and the sequel 'Spartacus: Vengeance' (2012).
Twitter was abuzz with discussion about the new actress who would be hired to play the fan-favorite character Cara Dune, who has been central to the series for the two seasons it has aired so far. With the third season already confirmed for December 2021, the hunt for the new character would be underway and Lawless was a favorite choice on the internet.
"I love #TheMandolorian. Gina Carano was by far the weakest actor in the show. The idea of her getting her own spin-off w/ #RangersOfTheNewRepublic was laughable from the start.
