Will Evans, Co-founder and Executive Director of the Clear Lake Environmental Research Center, was this week's guest speaker at the Thursday Morning Judge’s Breakfast in Clearlake. Evans gave an overview of the organization's ongoing efforts focusing on their recent accomplishments and ongoing community wide projects.
