Wilkes named VP for Human Resources and chief human resources officer

Penn State has named Jennifer Wilkes as its vice president for Human Resources and chief human resources officer, effective Oct. 1. Wilkes has been serving as interim vice president and chief human resources officer since Feb. 1.
