Wife arrested for attempting to smuggle drugs to husband at prison in Carson City

On Saturday, Dec. 31 at around 7:30 a.m. the General Investigators Office of Nevada Department of Corrections, the Special Enforcement Team of the Carson City Sheriff's Office, and the Douglas County Sheriff's Office K-9 Unit conducted a joint operation to investigate Furnishing a Controlled Substance to a State Prisoner.
