Wicklow councillor 'filled with gratitude' as he hands over district chains

Councillor Mark Barry expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the opportunity to have served as Cathaoirleach of Greystones Municipal District (GMD), when he vacated the chair at the December Meeting.
