Why tech-capital Bengaluru recorded the lowest voter turnout in Karnataka?

According to EC records, the voter turnout in Bengaluru stood at around 53 percent, nearly on par with the 2019 Lok Sabha elections (54.1 percent), but lower than the 56 percent recorded in the 2014 polls.
