Why Canada likely won't need any more big new oil pipelines after Trans Mountain

Construction of the Trans Mountain expansion project between Alberta and B.C. is set to wrap up later this year, but with slowing oil production growth, developers would likely be hesitant to pitch another big oil export pipeline in this country.
